GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • WHAT IS SEAGER'S RETURN POLICY?

    You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of a product or if the product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied.

  • WHEN DOES SEAGER RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?

    We have some staples that stick around and carry over through the seasons, but the majority of our products are not restocked once sold out.

  • CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?

    Items that are purchased on sale are final sale and only eligible for return by store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY ORDERS PLACED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE TIMEFRAME ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

  • CAN SEAGER HONOR THE SALE PRICE IF I PURCHASED AN ITEM BEFORE THE SALE?

    Unfortunately a discount can not be applied retroactively.

  • WHAT IS SEAGER'S WARRANTY POLICY?

    Our products are built Seager Strong, however, manufacturing defects are inevitable and can occur. If you experience any malfunctions within 30 days of your purchase date, please reach out to us at howdy@seagerco.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the defective item.

    *Only valid for orders placed directly through seagerco.com. For items purchased from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

  • I USED SEAGER REWARDS POINTS ON AN ORDER I WANT TO RETURN. DO I GET MY POINTS BACK?

    Yes! The refunded reward amount will be credited back to the original code used and will be reflected in your Reward Wallet's transaction history.

SHIPPING

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days once the order has been placed. If an order is placed over the weekend, the processing times will begin on the following Monday. 

     

    Our warehouse we ship from is currently located within CA. The futher the shipping address is away from CA, the longer the time it will take for the order to arrive. For example, our USPS Express Rate has a 3-5 business day timeframe, once the order is out the door. If you are placing an order and you live on the East Coast, expect the order to arrive around the 5 business day mark. 

     

    Please note that there may be a slight delay in processing times during a sale. Allow 3 days for orders to ship during a sale.

  • CAN I PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

    Unfortunately we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

  • DOES SEAGER OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

    We do! All U.S. orders $100+ qualify for free shipping.

WESTERN HATS

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I'M IN-BETWEEN A SIZE FOR WESTERN HATS?

    We recommend sizing up if you fall in between hat sizes. Hat spacers can always be purchased to help fill space to ensure a proper fit.

  • WHAT SHAPE IS THE LONGHORN STYLE?

    The Longhorn comes updated with a 4 1/2" cattleman crown, oval shape, and 4" brim with a Western Flange.

  • HOW DO I PROCESS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN?

    Please email howdy@seagerco.com to get an international return started. 

  • HOW MUCH EXTRA DOES IT COST TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Pricing and fees vary per region and will be available to view during checkout. Any duties and fees are included in the shipping cost.
