Based out of Los Angeles, California, Brian Lee is a chef with a large skillset in the outdoors. Being an outdoorsman with countless overnighters in the backcountry, Brian took inspiration from the backcountry gourmet as part of his cooking approach. As part of The Herd, he’s made the meals for a number of our trips and he never disappoints.
